Had a wonderful three days on a very relaxing Yoga weekend at La Foret, a stunning 17th Century stone Manor House surrounded by forests and farmland in the Gers, South West France. It was soooooo good for our heads, heart and soul. Jane the owner has lovingly and immaculately restored it herself and has opened it up to the likes of us, offering fabulous Yoga events and five star food, the next one is 11th June, we can't recommend it enough, the house is also available to rent..www.laforet-estang.com/
