Privileged enough to have been to this gastronomic restaurant in Spain, a once in a lifetime dining experience, we were sad to hear that Ferran Adria has hung up his pinny! - but we hear you can still get a taste from his former head chef, Nuno Mendes. He has taken over the Viajante Restaurant in Patriot Square, Bethnal Green, London E2 9NF www.Viajante.co.uk.. To taste it is to believe it!
