Restaurant of the month.....

Just back from a fab lunch at Polpo on Beak Street W1, where we ate yummy chicken liver crostini, marinated mackerel, and a delicious pea and ham risotto, washed down with a glass of white wine and all for £35 for two. The atmosphere is rustic and buzzy with candlelit tables even at lunch time! its ridiculously good value and has a great atmosphere, you can't book so try to get there early or late, you can always sit and have a drink at the bar and check out the cute bar men while waiting. Its our new favourite restaurant, then you can have a smooch around Soho. www.polpo.co.uk
