The Dock Kitchen

Is our new favourite restaurant, started as a pop up restaurant by Tom Dixon and rising star Steve Parle last year, it is now in full permanent swing. It is situated in a converted Wharf building overlooking the Grand Union Canal off Ladbroke Grove. We just had the best chocolate cake we have ever eaten and after you have pigged out, you can smooch around The Tom Dixon Shop which has his full range of lighting and furniture plus a selection of work from international concession brands. We want it all. www.tomdixon.net

"SORT OF COAL"

Drinking local tap water becomes a pure and beautiful experience with Bottle and Kisho Binchotan. The Japanese white charcoal is the best quality and soaks up chlorine and other unpleasant tastes from drinkable tap water, while releasing natural minerals into it. We just bought a bottle, loving the taste and our bottle of water has never looked so stylish. www.sortofcoal.com
